13 Welles Street, GlastonburyWe had a great experience purchasing our two baby guinea pigs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable.
There was an older guinea pig that had been surrendered, and we would have loved to give her a good home. However, we were disappointed to see that she was priced the same as the younger guinea pigs. In my opinion, surrendered animals should have a reduced adoption fee to encourage people to give them a second chance. It just didn’t feel like the most ethical approach.
Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and we love our new guinea pigs. I just hope the store considers adjusting its pricing for surrendered animals to help them find loving homes more quickly.

I have been to many places looking for the right atmosphere and person that my dog could connect with and enjoy. Everywhere I went he came home more traumatized, dandruff, itching and was unhappy and shaking for weeks. Not at Animal Bath and Burrow. Thank you Maddie for providing a great experience for my dog Oliver and doing a great job cutting his hair. He is happy and playful right after seeing you. His coat is shiny and silky smooth. I feel such a relief knowing I have a safe place to bring him. I will be back!

121 Pratt Street, GlastonburyI switched vets to Glastonbury Veterinary Hospitol for my 2 dogs. I'm so glad I did! They give great service for young and elderly dogs. And I really feel like my dogs are in better hands than they were with the larger middletown group. They are much more personable, have a smaller attentive staff, and give a lot more advice. Highly recommended!
Update - Been 7 years, they have grown, remodeled and are still Awsome!

1269 Main St, GlastonburyWhere can I give 10 stars? We own 2 big dogs, 1 of whom is terrified of vet check ups from previous experiences. The veterinarians at Beckett are so wonderful & in tune to dog behavior- they allowed our pup to be seen in a separate barn area to avoid having to see other dogs in the main area & be in a quieter space for his fear. They successfully were able to check him/ get some lab work done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Webb is fantastic and even though we recently moved and are 30+ minutes away from this vets office we will continue to make the drive here for their service, that is well worth it! Thank you!

I also could see both ladies interacting with other clients/pets where the ladies were very professional and understanding. Since transitioning to the Glastonbury office my pet enjoys going to the vet as well as getting pets from the staff!
Dr. Guerra has been amazing as well as the other staff in the office.

For Father’s Day, I surprised my children’s father with a custom song and a cake I had dropped off the day before. The staff went above and beyond by playing the song over the speakers and bringing out the cake at the perfect moment. They helped create a memory our family will NEVER forget.
The service was exceptional, everyone was so kind and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for helping make our Father’s Day celebration so special. We will definitely be back!

There isn’t any indoor seating, but they have a great outdoor setup with a few tables, chairs and open grassy area for kids! On rainy days we just order ahead and they put your bag on a rack for grab and go pick up. Absolutely recommend for the freshest bagels as well!

That changed completely once the hostess recognized what had happened. She immediately stepped in, made us a priority, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of for the rest of the evening.
From that point forward, the service was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. That kind of awareness and customer service deserves to be recognized—any restaurant can have a slow start, but how the staff responds is what really matters.
The food was absolutely outstanding and, combined with the way the hostess handled everything, turned the evening into a fantastic experience. We left extremely impressed and will absolutely be back.

My only thing is I wished their music stayed on a bit more often. The window/glass art on display, and the couch, long table, and small table options make for great atmosphere and seating options for all party sizes. I love this place!

I think they did the fried rice the way they did to mix it up with the sauce from the vegetables. I had better fried rice somewhere else. The shrimp had the tail which wasn’t bad, but would’ve loved to have it without it. Overall, not a last minute place to eat if you can’t decide what to eat.
