222 Boston Turnpike, BoltonI took my dog in for an emergency. We received excellent service from the moment we arrived; everyone was very kind and available to answer all our questions. My dog was admitted to the hospital. The next morning, they called to update me on his condition and the medical procedures. The doctor spoke with me and explained my dog's condition. When we returned to the hospital, the staff were very kind and empathetic, allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye to our dog. After seeing everything involved in the procedures, I was truly amazed by the cost—the price was very reasonable. Excellent service.

1270 Boston Turnpike, BoltonBolton Kennels is beyond excellent. We were using another kennel before the kind that charges extra for every interaction with your dog. But a couple summers ago the other place was booked so we tried Bolton Kennels and we've been going ever since. This most recent visit we dropped the dog for us to go on vacation. The night we got back home my wife had a totally unexpected medical emergency. I rushed her to the ER and she was put on a ventilator. I called Bolton Kennels to tell them the situation. They went above and beyond even finding room for him to stay longer when they were filled. My wife ended up being in the hospital for a few weeks. It was touch and go for a while. She was totally healthy so this was out of the blue and life changing. The kennel called me throughout the process not just for the dog but to see how we were doing. I stayed with my wife day and night the entire time. Without Bolton Kennels I dont know if my wife would've made the recovery she did. Since she was allergic to anesthesia they couldn't fully put her out. So the entire time she was trying to pull at the vent thinking something was choking her. I stopped her so many times from doing it. If I wasn't there God only knows what further ventilator injuries would've occurred. Truly Bolton Kennels was a blessing to my family and we can't thank them enough. I can't convey in words how much I recommend them and the gratitude we have. That they can show that much care for a stranger I feel is a testament to how well they will treat people's animals.
