“This is the best place to get your car taken care of in New Canaan! They are so accommodating and even fit me in the same day for an oil change. Dylan and everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. They do not overcharge and even give discounts where applicable! I would absolutely go back anytime I need anything for the car. I loved how they don’t push you into getting extra work done, but will let you know what they recommend for the future. They even give you recommendations for body work, if you need it. Amazing place and people!”

“We had a sidewall blowout on I95 on way back to MA on a Sunday afternoon. Pulled off highway as tire went flat . Mavis was fortunately right off exit. They found a tire for us an we were back on our way home in about an hour. Outstanding service and assistance. Our bad luck turned good by finding Mavis. We can’t thank them enough.”

“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”

“I was shopping for a 2023 Tacoma and visited Toyota of Greenwich as my fifth Toyota dealer visit of the day. Matthew Plaza-Soto was excellent in assessing my terms and wants and provided me a very good lease quote. Then, the sales manager, Wayne Ford came by to talk and his years of experience led him to realize I was a truck guy as I admired a beautiful Tundra in the lot. He mentioned he had something I should see, so he presented a beautiful jacked up used Chevy Colorado Z71 that got my attention. Never thought I would buy American but the Colorado was addicting. In a very professional, low key and transparent manner Wayne and Matthew provided me with an offer that was extremely fair including my trade in. Love the Colorado I purchased. Everyone I dealt with at Toyota of Greenwich, including but not limited to, Bob Federico and owner Clint Steen were top notch, easy to work with and 100% customer focused. I told them Toyota of Greenwich was my last stop of the day but it was the best stop of the day. Highly recommend Toyota of Greenwich, they provide an exceptional car buying experience and they earned more than 5 stars!”
