“We recently remodeled our master bathroom and purchased all the hardware from Bender, Hartford, CT. Bender carries such a wide range of products that the choices may seem overwhelming! However, Melissa, provided all the necessary insights in a convivial manner without any sales pressure. We strolled through the store, reviewed individual choices, and asked multiple questions, enabling informed decisions. Without Melissa's guidance, we would have been lost! While the prices may be slightly higher than perhaps a hardware store, the service and access to expert knowledge, easily compensate for the difference. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. “Trucker review, not really meant for big trucks but it works. It is gated so no spending the night at the docks. You have to turn around inside the small yard to do your set up …. Or back all the way in. It will be hard to turn around if their company trucks are still in the yard. The people are friendly, restrooms are available inside up in the break room.”

“At first it was a little difficult to find someone that works there to help me but once I did find someone they were very helpful. I got a carpet for my living room for 1.28 per square foot and its fluffy and soft. Great carpet for a great price. Its a great place to save money on home improvement supplies.”
