“My wife and I used Pistritto Marble Imports for a recent kitchen update and were incredibly happy with their support. Throughout the entire process they were available to make recommendations and steer the design of the kitchen to ensure the countertops were everything we had hoped for. We were able to walk their entire facility until we found the perfect material and pattern for our design goals. The measurement and installation process was faster than expected, so we were into our new kitchen sooner than expected. We plan to work with them again for future projects requiring countertops.”
“I phoned Mather to ask if they cut Corian because I needed to replace an over-the-oven microwave and thought the Corian back splash had to be trimmed. Tom offered to visit to see the project. I emailed pictures instead. He talked me though how to do mount the support bracket on the Corian and even gave me the name of an installer who had worked for him previously and would be less expensive than his crew, if I needed an installer. When I removed the old microwave and took measurements, I realized I could mount the new microwave in the same space as the old. No need to mount on the Corian. Nevertheless, I applaud Tom's willingness to share helpful advice, knowing he might not be getting the job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him should the need arise. He's a decent businessman!”

“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. “Trucker review, not really meant for big trucks but it works. It is gated so no spending the night at the docks. You have to turn around inside the small yard to do your set up …. Or back all the way in. It will be hard to turn around if their company trucks are still in the yard. The people are friendly, restrooms are available inside up in the break room.”

Upon entering their store there is a receptionist that will take your name for a representative to better serve you. We meandered about the showroom admiring the many displays. Ann, one of their representatives, soon found us. She asked what we were looking for, listened and asked questions about our project. She is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. While listening to our questions, concerns, and descriptions of our needs Ann was also patient and thorough. We never felt rushed or pressured into our purchase. “We had a major overhaul on our kitchen. The design process was pain free and super helpful. Went with the Georgian style in Winter Blue. The staff at the Newington location were all so courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Going into the VR suite in the design process made things so easy to move drawers/cabinets/counters around in a fluid and practical manner. The contractor they hired for my kitchen was the renovations contractor that built their showroom so I was put at ease with that. The build team (hired by Wren, included in the price) were super neat and asked for feedback on certain options on the fly. The very knowledgeable quality control team came in to ensure the build process was top notch, showing obvious trust in the team they put in place. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely excellent, and we never felt out of the loop or stressed out about it. Thanks!!!”

“Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”
