“We moved to town 3 years ago and weren't sure where we'd end up getting our dog's nails trimmed as even at places we love it felt like a hassle for everyone. Dirty Dog has the option to stay with your dog while the groomer trims (or dremels) nails, which seems to help her calm down a bit. The girls are always quick, incredibly friendly, and know our dog by name. Love getting treats/toys there and every once in a while after a particularly muddy hike we've taken advantage of the DIY baths, too, which are great.”
“I have my bringing my Schnorkie (schnauzer-yorkie mix) to Woof Gang for 4-5 years, and they have always taken such good care of my dog. From the front desk to the groomers, everyone you encounter is very friendly and professional.”

“My dog enjoys most places more than I do. Drive-thru? Yep. Backyard? Yep. Bottom of a telephone pole? Yep. Foot of the bed? Yep. He also enjoys Pet Supplies Plus in Wethersfield more than I do, because he doesn't know what money is, let along have any. But, the team there is always friendly. The toys are always chewy. The deals are generally good. And their care for pets is evident. Tully approved.”

“Good quality service. My dog has allergies/skin issues, so she has been getting baths every six weeks for her whole life. I’ve tried different groomers, but I like this one the best. For a short period I worked closely with a dog groomer, so I know what to look for in a good quality groom. She always comes back clean and dry, with clean ears and trim nails. They’re very efficient too, especially when you’re in a rush to get to work.”
“We have a Vizsla who hates his nails being clipped, it’s a struggle and not even the Vet could do them. I brought him in to see if they could attempt to trim them and in less than 10 minutes they had all nails clipped!! I wish I had brought him in sooner! They’re amazing!!!!”

“Incredible wealth of knowledge and very competitive pricing. I visited the WeHa location to find a new dog food for my rescues after months of researching and trialing various mid grade foods from big box stores. The associate working was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (quite technical questions regarding canine nutrition too!) and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a pet store and know that all of the dog food available has been selected by the staff for quality. They have taken all of the hard work out of the selection process.
As an added bonus: the bag of Fromm dog food I purchased was cheaper than amazon. Where else do you get amazing customer service and great pricing on pet items?!?

“We just got a kitten that didn't have any vaccinations done yet. We brought her here for her first visit and even though she was a little scared, they handled her perfectly and with care! The check-in process was very easy and the techs who administered her vaccines were wonderful. We'll be returning in a few weeks to do her next round as well.”

“Wish I got her name but the cashier the helped me was a literally an angel! This store was one that has the tikicat dental pouches in stock, my cat needs dental surgery desperately but was quoted $4000. This cashier took the time to let me vent and then gave me a recommendation for a vet clinic that was way more affordable and he’s finally getting his surgery tomorrow! If she somehow sees this I appreciate you so much and wish you many blessings. Thanks petsmart for having great, patient, and caring employees.”

He didn’t just help me pick out supplies—he helped me navigate the reality of what I was stepping into. He answered every question with patience, never rushed me, and somehow managed to make me laugh in a moment that felt incredibly heavy.

“I went there to get my bearded dragon. They have the best selection. Mine ended up being a beautiful light color with orange. Very knowledgeable and they have so many different kinds of fish and reptiles. If you're looking for something, definitely go there.”
“Just wanted to say thank you so much to our groomer Jazmyne. She was wonderful with our (over 100 pounds) dog Kubota. He had a lot of long matted hair that she was able to smooth out for him. He's 11 years old so we were worried about how he would deal with this. Jazmyne took her time with him and made him look like the handsome senior dog he is. This girl is a great asset to your store. “My mom purchased a 5 month old mini schnauzer in April. That night she noticed she had a bit of a cough. She contacted the store the next day and was told she could either bring her back and let them treat her or take her to her vet and get reimbursed. She decided to go to her vet where she was diagnosed with a severe case of pneumonia. My mom sent in the bill, within a few weeks she received a check for not only her first visit and meds, but her follow up visit. Her emails and phone calls were all pleasant and responded to with concern for the "baby".”
