“The store in its entirety is always neat, clean, and orderly.The pharmacy is what I'm writing the review about and I couldn't be happier that I made the switch from Walgreens. I was struggling getting my scripts on time or even getting thru on the phone when calling to inquire at Walgreens. I know a lot of it had to do with taking on providing Covid and flu shots and staff shortage. But when they closed the drive-through? That was the last straw for me. It was bad enough that they closed it daily for lunch breaks and truck deliveries. So I made the switch. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs at Rite Aid have been nothing but polite and helpful since I made the move a few months back. They go the extra step for the customer and treat you with respect while doing it... and they always answer the phone!”

“I like CVS, they have good sales and great coupons with a variety of things while you pick up your meds. But only if their employees are decent. I work with the public for 34 years and customer service is HUGE for me. Some CVS employees need to work in a private setting or they need to leave their home life HOME.”
