“I wa having issues with my phone I bought recently, maybe about a year ago? I accidentally locked my phone and couldn't get logged in and I was blocked out of my phone for more than 24 hours-.
I traveled to about 3 Verizon stores near by and they all said there is nothing they can do that I will need to get an entirely new phone.
I stumbled across this location and doing so , all I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!! I worked with a kind handsome gentleman named David D. He not only fixed my phone issue in a matter of 10 mins but he also was working with another customer at the same damn time!! His multi tasking skills and also his communication between. Myself and the other kind customers was impeccable! He gave me some advice going forward and also taught me a but about my phone that I didn't even know myself! Haha! What an amazing chap. I really wanted to show my appreciation and gratitude for how David helped that's why I chose to write this and I do hope Verizon sees this and promotes him ASAP!

“Most reviews are old/inaccurate or were experiences that the owner was not aware of or did not get involved with. I had a great experience working with the owner, I arrived a little confused to see my car wasnt clean. I called it out to the owner who then personally redid the entire full detail and more than what I originally paid for without extra charge so make up for a employees mistake. Make no mistake this is a GREAT and respectable business who treat customers right. Sometimes employees take away from the owners name, however the owner treats everyone fair and right and timely. Will be a returning customer for a long time!!”

“Went to Best Buy with 2 of my boys for a pokemon event today. The staff were fantastic and set up a really cool experience for the kids. My boys loved trading cards and building Pikachu figurines. The fact that there was pokemon things both for free (for the kids) and to buy at a store these days is a testament to the staff that ran the event. Would highly recommend this location and definitely recommend them and other locations running one of these events again in the future!”

My phone was not taking charge.so I get a new phone.so the case was extra.they use to give a case.screen protector is a little small.and he didn't tell me no kickstand.also I asked if any charging cube is good.he said yes.but wrong.the wire has two small ends.no USB end.and as a customer we should get a deal.like new customers.anything off will be nice.”
