“Most reviews are old/inaccurate or were experiences that the owner was not aware of or did not get involved with. I had a great experience working with the owner, I arrived a little confused to see my car wasnt clean. I called it out to the owner who then personally redid the entire full detail and more than what I originally paid for without extra charge so make up for a employees mistake. Make no mistake this is a GREAT and respectable business who treat customers right. Sometimes employees take away from the owners name, however the owner treats everyone fair and right and timely. Will be a returning customer for a long time!!”
“This target is always my favorite in the area, it’s always the cleanest, largest and easiest to navigate. Although today I had a lot of trouble finding a specific battery I needed for my camera. Online it said they were in stock in aisle A1, but they were not there. Some of the employees suggested different areas in the store, but they were in none of those places. Team member Jordan SAVED ME! She was the last person I asked for help by the order pickup area before I left the store, she was able to get the batteries for me in under a minute and check me out. She was so sweet and just made my day!”

“December 26, 2023Walked into my favorite 7/11 In West Haven on sawmill RoadIt’s always friendly love the staff but there is one girl working the morning8 AM shift Always has a very bad attitude.I nicely Asked why the espresso machine was still down after four days of me going in there it still saying it Has to be cleaned she said :“I don’t know I just got here “so then I asked her if she could clean the machine for me so I can get espresso. She replied : “it’ll take 15 minutes before it is cleaned. “I then stated “it Might as well get cleaned anyway” (which is the truth.)She then turned and looked at me and aggressively said: “don’t, don’t… “.If you are from where I’m from you know when someone looks at you like that and tells you don’t that means don’t try meI smiled said God bless you you may go on about your way and I was very uncomfortable. The entire time I then asked asked for the corporate number I was told the manager comes in at three, so I was denied the corporate number as well.Otherwise, the place is amazing love the coffee love the people just some glitches in the chain that needs to be straightened out.”
