“I was trying to find a location that will be able to fix my electronic devices at a reasonable price. I appreciate these guys. They do an excellent job. They were able to get my devices back soon as possible. I brought an iPad there to be fixed my Grandson‘s iPad he broke the power cord connection in and I dropped it off and it was ready to next day very quick And I was able to have the device back for him to use the next day. I also dropped off my PS5 that I had the disc get stuck inside the device and I couldn’t get it out and I was able to get that replacement repair. Everything is working fine. Excellent job price is reasonable.”

“I wa having issues with my phone I bought recently, maybe about a year ago? I accidentally locked my phone and couldn't get logged in and I was blocked out of my phone for more than 24 hours-.
I traveled to about 3 Verizon stores near by and they all said there is nothing they can do that I will need to get an entirely new phone.
I stumbled across this location and doing so , all I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!! I worked with a kind handsome gentleman named David D. He not only fixed my phone issue in a matter of 10 mins but he also was working with another customer at the same damn time!! His multi tasking skills and also his communication between. Myself and the other kind customers was impeccable! He gave me some advice going forward and also taught me a but about my phone that I didn't even know myself! Haha! What an amazing chap. I really wanted to show my appreciation and gratitude for how David helped that's why I chose to write this and I do hope Verizon sees this and promotes him ASAP!

The guys working are very nice, extremely professional and did a great job. “My mom and I went into this store today looking to upgrade our phones. We were helped by a lovely woman named Shika. She explained the different deals we could get and was very patient with us as we made our decision. Sometimes my bank puts a limit on the amount I can spend at once and she patiently scanned multiple transactions so we could both get new phones, cases and screen protectors. She took a bunch of savings off too, bundling everything together to maximize savings.
Although we went in with an idea of what we were looking for, I have a feeling she would have been just as patient if we were unsure. She is an asset to that store and I'm so glad we stopped in. From now on, we will go the Dixwell Avenue in Hamden location when it comes time for a new upgrade. It will be a while but we won't hesitate when the time comes!”
