“I purchased a 2012 BMW 528I and only knowing a bit of history on the car, I made an appointment with Brian (the owner) and Brandon. Brandon took my car in earlier than my initial appointment and went top to bottom, front to rear, side to side including the entire interior during his inspection with a Q-Tip. His inspection was so thorough, Brandon took pictures and emailed them to me including a call to explain the areas that were in immediate need of repairs. Brandon did not rush through our conversation. He took his time and answered all of my questions. As a BMW owner, Brian's rates are great! Brian and his crew are TOP NOTCH. The shop is clean, staff are friendly and there wasn't a fingerprint on the paint or a drop of oil in the engine compartment. Inline Autoworks definitely cares. Absolutely the BEST place to have your BMW serviced!! I'm so impressed that I added my wife's XM40I to be serviced there. You should too!!”
