“I'm a mechanic of sorts myself. After changing the rotors and brakes on my wife's vehicle, I noticed that my tires needed to be rotated and balanced.So, I went to Auto Hub Plus. I previously went here on the recommendation of my brother and they aligned my vehicle at the time. This time, it was for the rotation and balance. When I got there, the employees quickly attended to me. The owner of the facility charged me a very good price and the job was done in a good amount of time. “I took a ride to this body shop to see if they could helped me with my corrosion around my hinges on my Jeep Wrangler. I met The Body Shop manager he came out and took all the pics. And he submitted it to FCA for approval. This is a known issue on the The jeep wranglers i've been 2 other Dealerships. They didn't seem to have any Interest in helping me even though one dealerships is where I purchase the vehicle And this issue is covered under factory warranty. I'm hoping they get a call shortly to bring my vehicle in and have a fixed. I'll update my review when this happens.”

“I recently was in the market for a 2024 Volvo XC60 Plus, color silver with maroon brown interior. I do not live in the New London, CT area. I learned that there were only 2 cars equipped in this manner in the northeast.I contacted Secor Volvo and, by chance, had the good fortune of speaking with Steve Plona. Steve told me that Secor did not have one on hand but that he could put his hands on one in short order. Steve worked up a deal that included my trade, along with a Costco rebate and a Loyalty rebate from Volvo. With very little negotiation we arrived at a deal. All communication with Steve was done on the phone or via text and E-mail. I have never found it easier to buy a car nor have I had a car buying experience such as this.Steve agreed to meet me in Western Massachusetts where the exchange of my trade and my taking possession of the new car took place. The dealership took care of the transfer of my registration to the new car and placed temporary 30 day Connecticut tags on it while the transfer process occurs. I signed all the required paperwork and within an hour or so I was on my way home with my wife's new car.If you are in the market for a new or used Volvo, do yourself a favor and call Steve Plona. Steve is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable about Volvos.He knows how to treat people right. Steve made the entire deal, from the point of initial contact to the day I took delivery of the new car, pleasant and enjoyable.”

“I was recommended to Absolute auto to help fix my 2013 ram. I had the typical ticking noise that comes with owning one of these vehicles. Dave, and his crew came highly recommended to fix what happens with these rams with the exhaust manifolds and the bolts. It’s a very tedious job that requires a certain skill set in order to get it done right. I dropped the truck off within 24 hours it was done, and the noise is gone but the attention to detail that was done on the truck , I couldn’t ask for better. If you have any issues with any vehicles that you have I highly recommend Absolute Auto LLC .I’m over an hour away from his location and I’ll be bringing all of my modern day cars back to him. “Disabled with a flat tire in New London, 100 miles from home, and well after regular business hours, Gus couldn’t have been more cheerful, helpful and professional. His priority was getting me back on the road safely. He diligently diagnosed the issue with my tire failure and, after trying to patch the tire, he found other defects and wouldn’t let me hit the highway, not feeling confident with the quality and reliability of the repair. So he made some calls around the area, “tirelessly” searching and was able to resource a replacement tire around 8 PM… He wasn’t concerned about the extra time it took or any extra charges, he just wanted to keep his word and get me on my way. Ultimately, the tire worked perfectly and I got back to the Cape that evening… It was a great experience and great ending to the day, following an afternoon of anxiety, thinking I was definitely going to be stuck in New London for the night. Thank you, Gus, for your professionalism and good nature. With all the options that I saw when I “Googled” a tow service, I feel as though I hit the Lottery and made the right call ! “I had called Whaling City, and spoke with Asa Zorn. The inside of my car was a bit brown and I did not want to damage the white leather, since I had purchased the Simoniz GlassCoat Warranty when I purchased my car I called Whaling City and they told me to bring the car in a few days later. Asa Zorn and Dave were amazing at accommodating this last minute request, the coat was reapplied to the inside of the car and it ended up looking like the day I had purchased the car. I extremely recommend this product and Asa's team, specially Dave who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.”

After the dealership and another local repairman tried to convince me that the only way to keep my car running would be through a complete (and totally unaffordable) engine replacement, I was lucky enough to discover Car Connection in New London in the online yellow pages. Although severely shorthanded, Ray kindly agreed to check things out on my Toyota, and doggedly stuck with the issue until it was completely repaired. I consider myself beyond lucky to have found him. Ray Suarez is an incredible, dedicated, honest mechanic and a gem of a person! Also always impressive to find someone who isn't trying to rip you off for the big bucks. Ray is the best, I could not recommend him more highly. He has gained another loyal customer!”
