“Incredible guys. Nothing mechanical done, but they patched my tire that had been leaking, 2 hours after I called. Extremely efficient with their work and I was outta there in no more than twenty minutes . Also, my buddy told me that if the distance is not too far, not sure what the exact radius is, they will give you a ride home after you drop off and pick you up for your pick up! Great business!”
“What an exceptionally good experience we had with Kia’s Old Saybrook Service Dept. Visiting the area, without an appt we stopped in to ask about an a/c issue. In particular, Jimmy Ford rates 10 stars! The technician did a diagnostic and discovered the need for a new compressor, which they ordered and completed the job in record time!! Wow, this is a well run service department!!! The staff were so professional and very helpful. Thank you.”
“This is my go to garage since I moved to the area back in 2017. They have always been honest and fairly priced which is hard to find. Recommend this garage to all my friends and family. They have always let me know of potential future issue they can see when they have my vehicle but never tried to sell me on “it needs to get done now” for a quick buck.
Recently when I thought there was a clunking in my suspension, three different mechanics including owner drove it, couldn’t replicate the sound I was hearing, but told me to call and they would drive with me to diagnose it if I heard it again. Turns out it was just loose material in my bed that wasn’t there when it went to garage. They could have sold me on suspension issues but they were honest as they always are.

“I purchased a 2012 BMW 528I and only knowing a bit of history on the car, I made an appointment with Brian (the owner) and Brandon. Brandon took my car in earlier than my initial appointment and went top to bottom, front to rear, side to side including the entire interior during his inspection with a Q-Tip. His inspection was so thorough, Brandon took pictures and emailed them to me including a call to explain the areas that were in immediate need of repairs. Brandon did not rush through our conversation. He took his time and answered all of my questions. As a BMW owner, Brian's rates are great! Brian and his crew are TOP NOTCH. The shop is clean, staff are friendly and there wasn't a fingerprint on the paint or a drop of oil in the engine compartment. Inline Autoworks definitely cares. Absolutely the BEST place to have your BMW serviced!! I'm so impressed that I added my wife's XM40I to be serviced there. You should too!!”
