“Mr. T assisted us with purchasing a new Apple phone on Sunday. We came to the store in the late afternoon and he was able to set our phone up and transfer items from the old phone. He is a great ambassador for Cricket and a delight to talk with during the process. Excellent representative for the brand. Keep up the great job!!!”

“Had a phenomenal experience with Abdiel at this location after going to the Holyoke store to remove my husbands phone after his passing… the staff at the Holyoke store was rude and unprofessional. Had me sit there for an hour and told me the line would be cancelled and removed from my account and bill. It was never done! Unbelievable!!! So when I had to return to do phone trade ins, I went to West Springfield because I received excellent service in the past!!! They were kind and caring and made a difficult task less difficult!!! I have been an ATT customer for 20+ years because the service has always been excellent but the service in Holyoke was appalling compared to my experience at the Riverdale Road store on West Springfield,”
