“I was having a hard time finding something and the store manager Darrell, noticed and approached me to see if he could assist. Had he not come over to help, I might have walked out without finding two great pairs of jeans and a classic leather jacket. The attention to costumer needs is high level and appreciated!”

is a very hardworking woman at Sephora who genuinely helps you. At first, I asked one of her colleagues for help, but a blonde man refused to help at all.”
“I usually come into this location but stepped outside of my norm and placed a pickup order because I did not want to lose my coupons. When I got to the Order Pickup desk I was politely informed that I chose the wrong location.
The manager on duty (Bri) was called right away and when she came over she let me explain what was wrong and she empathized with my concern on losing my coupons. She made a call and then came back to me with options to help me get what I needed, not lose my discount and not have to travel to another location.
We ended up spending double than we had originally ordered and Bri truly went above and beyond to explain how the discounts were being adjusted and what my receipt would look like once she was done while ringing us up. She took her time even though they were closing in 15 minutes maybe less. The way she spoke to her staff and other customers was so polite.
In retail it’s a gamble sometimes to get professional responses to customer issues in store but Bri really is a five star manager. I have since placed another pick up order and she greeted me with a smile when I came in because she remembered me!
I wanted to write this review to highlight her and her team that helped me fix my own mistake. Target made the right choice putting her in charge. Anytime I see her I know if anything happens she’s gonna make sure it works out ok.

“this store is huge with much to offer. They have something for every need or want.Just be prepared to have some time on your hands especially if looking for clothes. It is fairly organized however going through racks and racks can get tiresome
This location brings back many Nostalgic memories of my mom and I shopping it is nice to see that one of the largest Burlington that I’ve ever seen is still thriving there are so many options. I feel like it’s really exciting to know that even if you come in for a specific item you may end up leaving with a few more trinket along the way there are many great fines and the staff is superb .
I felt extremely welcomed one of the associates ushered me to where the art section is and just kind of gave me some other great recommendations and also gave really great directions. And then at the register I had the pleasure of being tended to by Joel who was a great conversationalist and I felt that his personality and one welcome would have me returned to the store the managers and other staff seemed very pleasant articulate and really want the best for their customers thank you again for your hospitality I can’t wait to shop again in the future”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at Marshalls. This location really stands out, especially when it comes to their beauty, kids, and women’s departments. There’s always a great selection, and I often find exactly what I’m looking for.
What I appreciate most is how organized the store is. Everything feels easy to navigate, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes shopping so much more enjoyable.
In comparison to the Marshalls location, the Fairfield store is noticeably more put together and consistent overall.
Definitely one of the better Marshalls in the area.”
