“Our hot water heater failed causing a flood in our basement which destroyed the carpet. One call to Walter at Rockbottom and he sent his worker over within the hour to remove the sopping carpet. It was a heavy, wet job but he got it done quickly.
We ordered a new carpet which arrived quickly. It was installed today. The men who did the work were meticulous. They even moved all the furniture for us. I would not hesitate to hire Walter and Rockbottom again should the need arise.”
