Huge shoutout to the new manager Destiny so welcoming and warming. She handled a situation today very calmly and accordingly for the ignorant mom who refused to understand she wasn’t even listed as a person authorized to make a change to her friends account. Shame on her, she also made threats to the staff to report them because they couldn’t do anything without the account holder present in store with their id.

“Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.”

She’s so helpful, patient and explains everything you need to know. She’s wonderful. Honestly, she deserves a raise! They were very efficient and prompt with understanding the issue and resolving the problem the best way they can. We unfortunately could not get this resolved at another T Mobil location we originally visited closer to our home, but due to frustration and not being understood I’m so happy our family was able to come to this location to get the issue resolved very seamlessly.”
