“They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”

“I took my 6yo Golden Retriever to Dirty Dog this afternoon for a self wash. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and resourceful. We had plenty of shampoo and conditioner to work with, along with tearless face shampoo, ear wash and toothpaste! The water was the perfect temperature and the hose easily moved all around my dog. The blow dryer was great and dried her quickly. I was easily able to add on a nail trim and the tech was very confident and proficient which put my Rosie at ease as she dislikes her paws touched and hates to have her nails trimmed! We finished the experience with a homemade banana and peanut butter cookie! I can’t wait until my Rosie is dirty again and needs another bath, as we will definitely be back on a regular basis. This place is a gem!”

“Came in go find plant supports for peonies and other plants. I'd already been to 3 different stores and was feeling discouraged but Bidwell's had everything I needed! Such a cute little store with lots of garden decor, trellises, and pet food. GreAt selection of bird seed and cute birdhouses. Good prices and the staff was friendly. Will be back next time I need more gardening supplies :)”

“Found product I was looking for, but not the size listed on website. I looked for some help, nobody around. Went to where you pay, cashier rang up the sale and said I needed to go to gray storage area; found that. Did not know I had to drive car to area. Got car, drove to area, showed receipt, wished I had a bigger vehicle... stuffed item in trunk and drove away. Item was a bale of hay to put on top of grass seed in bare areas of my yard. This was the first time going to this store. I'm sure now that I am familiar with Smithland, next time will be easier.”

“Had our first session with Lexi today. Our biggest challenges were having our new 1-1/2yr old rescue Doberman keep heal on leash walks and respond to commands with out a food treat. Lexi was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and with just a few mins of work and advice there is a noticeable change. Looking forward to many more sessions and programs with Dogology. “I loved everything about Newington Pet Spa from start to finish! Making an appointment was quick and easy and they were able to work with my busy schedule. They had a consultation with me before cutting her hair and explained everything to me very well so I knew exactly what they were going to do. And the best part is, they did a fantastic job on her hair cut! I had taken her to other places in the past which didn't do a great job, but they did! They did a great job cutting her hair by her face and paws too, which isn't always easy for a wiggly dog. Her nails were cut well also! I definitely recommend them!”

“I learned about Oma's Pride while attending a cat show about twelve years ago. Since I fed my cats raw diet, I was interested in quality ingredients, which the company has. I purchased the raw ingredients for my cats' food from them and added ingredients that rounded them out to a complete food for cats, which have different needs than dogs (I own both). Since I had been making my own raw diet for my cats, I decided to check them out.Oma's Pride has good quality food and, mostly, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful staff. The food itself is excellent. Quality ingredients, well made, well presented. The food is not cheap, but I have no problem paying a proper price for good food.The food is excellent with fresh ingredients, nicely sourced, clearly labeled, well packed. Most recently, around Christmas of 2022, I was desperately trying to find nutritious food for a beloved and ailing pet. It was Christmas Eve, and the the store was closed. They heard what I was looking for, probably noticed my distress, and opened the store. And then they gave me the food (raw beef nuggets) and wished me a Merry Christmas.The quality of their food has always been excellent, and the owners and employees have always been pleasant and capable. Their opening their store on Christmas Eve to a distressed person with a sick pet went far beyond what I would have expected.You can't lose with their products. The quality and kindness of the people at Oma's Pride is an additional treat.”

“Woof gang is great, they’re always very kind & wonderful at what they do. I’ve been bringing my long haired dachshund Otis to Woof gang since he was a year & now he’s 2 and I’m still bringing him on a monthly basis. They’re very fair priced & do a great job. I’ve brought Otis for grooming as well as for nail trimmings. Otis is difficult for me when it comes to cutting his nails, they do it very well & fast. His nails are usually done with nail trimmings in about 5-10 minutes.Woof Gang Bakery makes my life easier & less stressful for me and my furry companion.”

“I brought my pup for a bath and a haircut at Petco of Avon for his scheduled time at 1:15. The young man at grooming immediately took him in, and we discussed how short he should go. He also wanted to see his most up to date Rabies vaccine. He said he would call me when he's ready in around three hours.So I went around town to do some errands. I got the call around 4:00 that he's ready and I could pick him up. I couldn't wait to see his fresh new summer haircut!I was so, so very embarrassed with what the groomer told me. He said they couldn't cut around his face, he was way too aggressive. He really isn't an aggressive dog at all. He's had most of his teeth removed, so couldn't be aggressive by biting.I thought they did a great job on his body, and he smelled so fresh and clean. His head was a bit uneven because he was wiggly. They didn't charge me for this haircut, that was pretty embarrassing too, they worked on him for a long time. They didn't even want to accept my tip. I truly appreciate their honesty and their hard work. I'm going to work on fixing the unevenness my self.I recommended Petco of Avon even if I won't be returning here. They are hard working and honest. If your pup could sit still it'll be so much easier for everyone.”

Our usually anxious long-haired mini dachshund was the perfect student. Erica was very pleased with how she behaved, as were we. And our rescue mountain cur also did very well. “Saltwater aquatics employee there was very helpful and out going to the customers including me, first time in a long time I seen the saltwater section stocked with exotic fish in a long time I went there for seaweed for my fish because all pets didn’t have any they ate lagging in supplies for saltwater being that try make mist of their revenue from dogs, so I decided to go to pet o and should of went there from the beginning the store is becoming what it used to be thanks will shop there again.”
