Even as the store got busy, Jack stayed attentive and didn’t forget about us. We found a shoe we liked, but it wasn’t on display. Jack took the time to walk around the store twice to look for it, and when it couldn’t be found, he helped us place an online order instead. His patience, effort, and professionalism really stood out. Great customer service!
