“INCREDIBLE customer service. I brought a bike in that needed a lot of work done. Dropping it off and signing it in was extremely easy and the staff was super helpful. I got a call later that night explaining that it would be cheaper to buy a fresh used bike instead of repairing the fixer upper. Again they were so helpful and even gave me a link to the same bike off craigslist from a trustworthy source (that is in impecable condition for cheap). They were just so honest with me and helpful and were willing to help me with good advice over getting a buck. 100% recommend.”
“Go here multiple times a week. Staff is always very helpful with finding what I need to get my child for hockey because I have no idea about any of this. They always have the newest equipment too right when it's released. Very much appreciate the friendly help everytime we stop in. Also the skate sharpening is always perfect as well.”
“Chris is a genius!
I use a Wilson Blade V8 and time came when I had to replace a much worn out grommet. Tennis warehouse said I'd have to wait till September... no chance. Called Chris and he went out of the way to get in contact with Wilson, to which they said the V8 grommets were discontinued. Chris was hopeful, helpful and optimistic that the V9 grommets would be able to replace them. A few challenges, some genius thinking, a heat gun and a stab wound later, the V9 made a perfect fit. I hope he doesn't cry with the load of work and people he has to tend to on a daily basis, but Chris certainly isn't afraid to spill blood and sweat for the tennis community. He's the man!

“I ordered a Yakima SkyBox NX XL online from REI in West Hartford, CT on sale for 20% off. The staff was very helpful when I arrived for pickup. The box looked too big for my car and they said if I had a few minutes they would unbox it and install it on my Outback. It went fast, I was able to help and learn. “Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
