Immediately walking in Brandon greeted me and began helping me. Asking for all my information, pulling up my account to view my previous purchased shoes to get a better understanding of my issue. He helped find the right shoe based on my concerns, talked me through two different options. Brandon was absolutely amazing, high energy and very knowledgeable. “Chris is a genius!
I use a Wilson Blade V8 and time came when I had to replace a much worn out grommet. Tennis warehouse said I'd have to wait till September... no chance. Called Chris and he went out of the way to get in contact with Wilson, to which they said the V8 grommets were discontinued. Chris was hopeful, helpful and optimistic that the V9 grommets would be able to replace them. A few challenges, some genius thinking, a heat gun and a stab wound later, the V9 made a perfect fit. I hope he doesn't cry with the load of work and people he has to tend to on a daily basis, but Chris certainly isn't afraid to spill blood and sweat for the tennis community. He's the man!

“I rarely shop at footlocker, today I went with my two teenager daughters and everyone there was so amazing! One of my kids wanted a pair of new balances, Jomar came over and asked if we had any questions, my daughter asked if they had her size and he asked what that was-said she was better off getting the same shoe in the kids size and save $40. He figured out her size, found the shoe and saved me money. The girl at the register was unbelievably sweet too. The whole interaction was great. It was so great that I’m writing a review for footlocker. Mainly Jomar-he was awesome: And I saved $80 between 2 pairs of shoes today. I’ll be back!”
“I was at the Dicks in West Hartford yesterday. An Uber driver came in to pick up an online order. The uber driver was incredibly rude to the the cashier. I believe the cashier’s name was Laura. Laura handled the situation calmly explaining that she could not release the order because the uber driver was not on the pick up list. The uber driver was extremely rude, swearing at her. Laura remained calm and professional. Once the online customer was contacted the order was released. When asked for ID the uber driver slammed her ID onto the register and continued to be rude. The cashier handled the situation calmly and professionally. No one deserves to be treated like that and she remained calm and professional.”
“My experience was great and over the phone. I had researched treadmills and dealers. I emailed a few times and John replied almost immediately each time. I.knew what I wanted and he assured me it was a good choice. John called Saturday and I upgraded slightly and ordered over the phone. Contract emailed and returned Sunday. Monday morning I received a call telling me delivery 1:00/1:30. WOW! They arrived promptly at 1:00 and 45 minutes later were gone after assembling , testing, adjusting and instruction. Great service, great product. First use in a few minutes. Not usually a phone order person for something like this but, reviews were spot on concerning John and crew. Look forward to visiting to say thank you in person.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
“I have had several outstanding experiences here. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, on the phone and in the store. One helped advise me on how to look up gear on the website to confirm it was available for resupply in the store before coming in, and another took the time to check some shoes I was picking up to make sure they were the right size in the box. They have quality products and I am impressed by the staff’s attitude. Great job, guys, customer for life.”

“Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir.
