“To confirm they do open at 6:00 a.m. and you can go to their Preston market website to see their hours. I used the post office and I buy things at the store. Staff is always friendly and they always have whatever it is I'm looking for so, I drive a little bit extra just to use this location because they're so awesome!”
“Great little country store and deli! Stopped in here looking for a local deli for a lunch grinder. Super nice staff, area to sit and eat there or you can take out. Food was great and the prices were what I thought to be very competitive. They also have a nice general store area with quite a few necessity items.”

“This gas station is packed with all kinds of goodies that you can't find at other places. Lots of different candy, tobacco products, and drinks!
They also keep it really clean and it smells freshly cleaned every time I walk in!
Only downside is that the parking is kind of tight.”

Plus they just got rid of someone that people were having problems with behind the deli so I want to say if anybody sees this to the people that left, please come back they are good now! “It was the old style Cumberland farms before the upgrade so I thoroughly like the fact that it had the old look instead of the new fancy one it fits the town that it's in great experience with a cashier and also with the upkeep of the store”

“I was badly in need of fuel today and stopped at this Mobil to refuel. Everything went fairly well.
My only issue is they charge $.10 a gallon more for using a Mobil gasoline card. There is a Chucky’s convenience store here as well as The Baler’s Dozen coffee shop.
It is close to interstate 395, which is nice.”

Seriously though this tiny little market is tucked off of Montauck Ave. Street parking is available - which is an easy find off season but I can imagine business will pick up as soon as beach season begins. This place is meant to be a market as there is no seating inside but there is one small table outside - be prepared to grab & go friends!While the menu is small, it is mighty! The portions are substantial and flavorful! I love that I can customize my sub with several options to select from - lots of add ons from veggies to toppings like mayo or humus. There are plenty of drink options from coolers and lots of salty crunchy snacks to make for a perfect meal. Since this is a market you can pick up a few "staples" as well as local products!If you are in the area and want a no frills experience, certainly check this place out. Everyone I've encountered here is super friendly .”

“One of the many top one spots in New London connecticut... This Honey bees only uses boars head meat in their grindrs. They have some of the best grinders in all of south eastern connecticut. The snack and drink selection is second to none. great variety of hot foods and cold foods... This place is definitely a win for lunchtime.”

“I stopped at the 7-Eleven last night and urgently needed a bathroom after having my covid vaccine. The young man at the counter abruptly said that the bathroom is only for employees; however, a lovely woman also working there saw I was stressed and took me by the arm leading to the bathroom. I was so grateful. I didn’t get her name and even offered her some cash for her kindness, but she wouldn’t take anything. If this review gets to her, I just want to say thank you for your kindness.”
“I love coming here but some of the employees out on the floor need to work on their customer service skills. I had to come in with my four kids. 2 of them unable to walk. Making sure your kids stay with you and make it into the store is a lot and I just wanted to get in and out. I didn't realize my oldest only had socks on. I appreciate having it mentioned that my child forgot her shoes but I don't appreciate being talked down to and get a whole condescending lecture being embarrassed because he was so loud and there were people everywhere. I clearly said I'm sorry I didn't realize until now. It could have been handled a lot better and The gentleman at the register was great and kindly reminded me, I told him why and he understood and I really appreciate it.”
