“We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? “I needed to pick up a 4 piece wicker furniture set in Fairfield and there is no way it would all fit in my car, even with three trips from Manchester. I made a reservation for a van (which I was scared to drive since I am used to driving a small car) and Slater set me up with what looked like a bigger van than I needed, but it turned out to be easy to drive, and was perfect for what I needed. And now my sunroom is perfect. Slater was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I didn't have to stop and refill the tank, I wasn't charged per mile like other companies make you do and I was proud of myself for doing what I needed to do to get this gorgeous furniture. Everything is no more than 1.50 and they have LOTS of items throughout the store and a huge selection, varied from A-Z, whatever you're looking for, more than likely, they will generally have it, or something similar enough to match it. Store is a lot of fun to browse through if you're curious, I highly recommend checking it out!!????”

“Been here 3 times so far. Customer service has always been great. Feel in love with the first rental they gave me which was a big big up truck. Bronco not so much but for no fault of Hertz. Then I discovered they have rent to buy options. I like that I can tryout different cars to find the best fit for me. It seems like they have a decent variety of cars to pick from.”

“The best part about this location besides the convenience is the customer service from Leia, Laia, sorry not sure how it's spelt. She made my day with her sweet personality, patience and being a positive person even when there was a problem. She handles everything as unfortunately this place only has one person working at a time which needs to change especially for safety!
