Star from the Middletown Ct location walked me through a very challenging insurance situation and was able to ensure I kept the rental car I had been using at no additional cost out of pocket. She went above and beyond to contact me first before my insurance company denied my vehicle rental. She coached me through the situation and looked out for my best interest start to finish. She was patient, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable about the right way to manage this situation. 10/10 I would rent here again.”

“The vehicle is requested wasn't available but the Manager went out of his way and found one at another branch. Sent someone to get it and made sure it was all cleaned up too. Communicated everything to me so I wasn't chasing for answers. Best damn service Ive seen in a long time!”
“We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? Thanks, highly recommend.”

Everything is no more than 1.50 and they have LOTS of items throughout the store and a huge selection, varied from A-Z, whatever you're looking for, more than likely, they will generally have it, or something similar enough to match it. Store is a lot of fun to browse through if you're curious, I highly recommend checking it out!!????”

“Jennifer saved the day. Book a vehicle last minute through the app. I was booking a Ford Expedition. Showed up to the Manchester location and they did not have a vehicle for us. I then called Hertz and they told me the Weston street location has the vehicle for us. I showed up to the location and of course they did not have the vehicle. We were able to work with Jennifer and she was able to get us in a vehicle that suited our needs. She was professional, great attitude, and made the best of the situation. 5 stars for Jennifer, 1 Star for Hertz back office. Why does Hertz back office let people book cars that are not available. Bad customer service for the renter and makes their employees job 10 times harder. Hertz needs to do a better job of inventory of their locations.”
“The staff were very helpful and friendly when the booking had an error. I booked my car through priceline, which surprise messed up and did not confirm that there would be a car to rent before renting me a car. When i got to the budget car place the staff was funny, nice, and did not mind that i got there right at opening for my car. Managed to get an upgrade out of the mistake and left with my rental.”
“I have come to learn as a preferred member and a frequent renter, I understand the possibility of not getting the exact car that I reserved due to such events like prom and graduation and any major holidays..like for instance this past week every car rentals have been sold out due to prom and graduation but this Avis branch never fails to reach out wether to push back my pick up time or to call when a vehicle is available. Great service, clean cars, Staff are knowledgeable, highly recommended”
