“Outstanding Service from Luis Colon and Karl at Verizon Glastonbury!

My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Verizon store located at 2450 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. We arrived around 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, needing to upgrade our phones. Despite the late hour, Luis and Karl provided the best customer service we have ever received at a Verizon store, truly tag-teaming to ensure all our needs were met.

They efficiently worked on transferring our lines, all while engaging us in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by. What truly set them apart was their dedication to ensuring our account was perfectly set up. They took the time to review everything thoroughly and even advocated on our behalf, resulting in a decrease in our monthly payment!

We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely be making this our go-to Verizon location from now on. Thank you again, Luis and Karl, for such a positive and seamless experience!”
