Longest process was updating and transfer I could have done that on my own at home but Angel had no problem doing it for me and keeping good conversation. Shout out to Angel I will be recommending this store from now on. ??”
“I went into the store unsure of what phone I wanted to purchase and DJ approached me very respectfully and ask what phone I wanted . I was unsure so he recommended the new iPhone 17. I was very happy with my new phone and it’s capabilities. DJ was SUPER helpful and friendly 10/10 recommend his services & I’ll definitely be returning to this store when it’s time for my upgrade.”

“Came in to this location to get a protection screen out on, quick service only waited ten minutes. Ashley helped and put the screen on quickly with no bubbles. She was super friendly and made it a quick and positive experience!”
“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”
“This is a corporate store (not a franchise DBA). It's better attended and offers better service than the others.
Side note: if you're seeking repairs (w/w/o insurance, they use UBREAKIFIX (review forthcoming).”

Ceejay is incredibly patient and detail oriented. Janellie is warm and welcoming. Isaiah is thorough and efficient. Kat is super knowledgeable and Tati is kind, calm and professional. It’s very rare to walk into a store and feel this supported and respected. This entire team deserves recognition for outstanding customer service! Huge shoutout to the new manager Destiny so welcoming and warming. She handled a situation today very calmly and accordingly for the ignorant mom who refused to understand she wasn’t even listed as a person authorized to make a change to her friends account. Shame on her, she also made threats to the staff to report them because they couldn’t do anything without the account holder present in store with their id.
Definitely my go to location with a team who takes their time and genuinely cares for the elderly.”

“Cox has a very impressive selection of products and world-class service. My representative was knowledgeable, but one thing none of us could wrap our head around is why they spell "Cocks", like "Cox". The dictionary says it's spelled "cocks", not "cox".”
“Frontier's fiber system works amazingly so far (6 months), and I didn't have any of the issues that other people seem to have had. My internet has been reliable and has had all the speed I could want and more. I had a question about the first billing cycle and the help line was responsive, quick, pleasant, and helpful. Rick came to do an install and was here at the beginning of the time window, was respectful, and knew his stuff. From other reviews it seems like the DSL system isn't the best, but I would recommend giving the fiber system a shot.”
