“I'll note I've had some problems with Citizens Bank in the past, once they cashed a fraudulent check in the amount of $3000 and wouldn't take responsibility for it. However, I've recently moved to the area and Caesar was exceptional- helping me form a new account when other banks required utility bills, a lease in order to prove residency. I currently don't have a formal lease, and utilities are included in rent, so needless to say that was problematic. Personally speaking, I'd rather not continue my relationship with Citizens, but given the circumstance it looks like I will have to now. Thank you Caesar for making my experience somewhat palatable.”
