“Had the best experience working with Molly! I had a return that I had narrowly missed the window and I was stuck with a big online order of clothes that I loved but didn’t fit me! She called customer service and support and explained the situation working with them for over 30 minutes just to help me get the return completed. “I cannot say enough about this store. I called interested in a coat and they checked to see if they had it in the desired size. They did and when I had planned to make the 45 minute drive to the store, they said they can ship it. Oh, and mentioned on a first order you get a 20% discount. Sooo many places do not share info like that and it says so much about the integrity of the brand and people working there. I had to do an exchange and again, they were so helpful. Quality of the merchandise was really nice, comfy fabrics, pretty colors. Store had good selection. Wish they would come to NY!!”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Nia at the Zara in Greenwich, Connecticut. I was having a really tough time trying to return a few items — I had gone to other Zara locations and no one was able to help me out or offer any real support. But as soon as I walked into this store, Nia completely turned the experience around.
She was beyond helpful, super kind, and incredibly patient. She took the time to really understand the issue and made sure the return process went smoothly — something no other store was able to do. It honestly felt like she cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
