The manager Catalina Garcia was absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with! I was looking for some rare, hard to find bespoke upcycled pieces and Catalina went ABOVE and beyond to locate pieces for me from across all the boutiques. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this particular LoveShackFancy boutique . It is incredibly well organized and run under Catalina Garcia. I would absolutely recommend making her your sales associate and going through her. Be sure to check out this location and work with Ms. Garcia- you will not be disappointed! One of the best experiences I’ve had with this brand!”

“I used to go to the West Village Rag & Bone, but thought the salespeople were kids & just not great.I love Rag and Bone and I finally had a salesperson that’s as great as their clothes.If you’re in the Greenwich store see ANGELA, she is such a doll; funny, friendly and ultra knowledgeable about the products. I tried on one of their classic calfskin leather jackets and she quickly figured out I needed to go a size down. Also, a $1K gorgeous jacket that fits great was on sale PLUS another 30% off. It ended up being HALF the original price. Also, she knew immediately what I needed and got my favorite knit TShirts from the stock room AND gave me a 20% discount on an item that’s NEVER on sale. Thank you Angela, today was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had….”

“Absolutely delightful experience with helpful sales clerks who knew the merchandise and inventory well, and we're able to identify complimentary styles and colors to the items that interested me. I've shopped in many JmcL's but the Greenwich store was new to me.Two items I purchased had to be sent (shipping is free) from other locations, and the third item required alterations. The clerk pinned the pants and ordered a rush delivery before my vacation 5 days later.JmcL styles are very flattering to women of a certain age and I keep buying the Maisie pant and signature tee in various colors. I do wish, however, that they made more items in jewel tones instead of mostly pastels, which are great in Florida but less so in New York.”

“I shopped here yesterday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice woman who helped me with a return. Then I shopped around a bit and went across the street to the mens shop where I was equally greeted with the same wonderful customer service. Some of the not so nice reviews on here of nasty staff or racist staff are probably totally exaggerated. There's nothing but civilized people shopping and working there. People who think everyone is racist are usually the racist ones with the attitude from the start. Can't wait to come back.”
