“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Nia at the Zara in Greenwich, Connecticut. I was having a really tough time trying to return a few items — I had gone to other Zara locations and no one was able to help me out or offer any real support. But as soon as I walked into this store, Nia completely turned the experience around.
She was beyond helpful, super kind, and incredibly patient. She took the time to really understand the issue and made sure the return process went smoothly — something no other store was able to do. It honestly felt like she cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
