“You're missing a star because I'm missing half of my Shower. If you like a kiddie pool built into your bathroom floor, this is the hotel for you. Whoever thought a half shower was a great idea was very mistaken. The room itself is near perfection. I love the bed and sectional couch. If I can have the other half of the shower back, I'd give 5 stars and recommend to everyone. As of now, I guess I'll just freeze my butt off while I shower.”

From the very beginning stages of planning my event, Cheers To Love, the experience at Sonesta exceeded every expectation.
The sales manager(s) were attentive, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Every question was answered with clarity, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care.
Upon checking into our room, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful card and a beautifully arranged dessert charcuterie board — a small touch that spoke volumes about the level of hospitality we would experience.
The ballroom manager and event staff were exceptional. We were given a true blank canvas and the creative freedom to transform the space exactly as envisioned. During the event, the service was seamless. The staff was present, attentive, and supportive without ever being intrusive.
The food was excellent — our guests thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and spoke highly of both the quality and presentation. The bartender was professional, efficient, and contributed positively to the overall atmosphere of the evening.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the entire team. Hosting an event can be stressful, but at no point did we feel unsupported.
I would absolutely host another event at Sonesta and would confidently recommend this property for both business events and leisure stays.

The service was attentive, friendly and professional. The food was simply amazing: escargot for appetizer and duck for the main - both just perfection. Overall, a delightful experience for a special evening, and we will certainly be back!”
“We just checked out. Lovely business hotel. We enjoyed its location in Stamford and explored the city. Amenities are a little thin. One coffee pod in the room. No spare towels. And strangely blue-stained pillowcases. But overall, nice stay”

“I travel to town every month and this is my home away from home. The staff: Ari, Daniel, Mo, Rose, Sebastian always greet meet by name each time I arrive and every time I come or go all week. Rooms comfortable and clean and the maid services are excellent. Highly recommend for a stay in the area.”
“Great little motel. Clean! Love out the way places that are gems. When you just need a place to relax, sleep and shower. Bonus was the coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, big screen tv and clean, comfy beds. It didn't cost me half of NY???”
“Beautiful old place, with nicely updated rooms. Ours was a bit damp, likely due to heavy rains. Some rooms can be a challenge to people with lots of luggage or difficulty with stairs.”
