“We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a disappointing visit to another Verizon store. We were greeted by Justin even though he was waiting on 2 other customers. My phone would not power on so I was very upset about losing data. Justin spoke with the help line to resolve another issue and worked on the new phone until 6:15 pm. Many thanks to Justin for a job well done and staying so late on a Sunday so I could go home with a new working phone!”
