“Derek the newly appointed service manager is an amazing man. I had driven from NH to CT for a fun few days at the casinos. Well…. All of a sudden my 2025 MDX with 1700 miles starts shuddering and has all of the error messages on the dash. I had no idea what to do. I called Antonio Acura for some guidance. Derek literally stops whatever he was doing to take my phone call. He tells me that if I felt safe enough to drive the car to him. I get there and he yet again drops whatever he was doing and took my keys. He had very limited time (we were leaving to come back home) but he took my mdx for a ride and gave me his blessing to feel good enough to drive home. Now the vehicle is at my local Acura where they actually called him and yet again Derek comes to the rescue. Giving my local Acura dealership pertinent information! Derek you are a true gentleman and an amazing service manager. You are the epitome of what Acura wants to be on their team. (I was a GSM of my local Acura). I thank you for what you did for me!!! If you have any service at Antonio Acura- please take a deep breath because you’re in great hands in his shop! Sorry I’m late on the review Derek!!! Thank you again for your help!!!! Congrats on your promotion I can’t imagine anyone better equipped for that position!!! Antonio you’re lucky to have him!!!!!”

“Every time I’ve had an issue with a vehicle, I’ve called these fine folks and they’ve taken me in immediately. They are incredibly friendly, eager to help, and their repair costs are honest and fair. I never take my cars anywhere else. Recently I had an exhaust leak issue. I brought it in on a Wednesday morning at 8:30. At 11:00, they called to tell me it was fixed and ready to go. That’s outstanding service. If you want your car fixed by seasoned pros who treat you with respect and don’t mislead you, come see these folks next time you have an issue. They’re the most honest and skilled mechanics in town.”

“Stop and go Transmission came highly recommended by my mechanic to have transmission work done. I had an engine light come on with a message “transmission service required”. The work was done in a timely manner, and very reasonable. When it was time for me to pick it up, Joel, the owner took it out for a ride, and we were out for a good 20 minutes. My Volvo runs real smooth, and I couldn’t be happier.”

I called and had to leave a message, but he got back to me pretty quickly, and had my car all taken care of in just a couple of hours. I believe the tow rate is a state mandated amount, but he's been very reasonable for other services.”
“I was in need of new tires and Pep Boys was running a pretty good deal that I wanted to take advantage of. I called and spoke with Roger, who was so friendly and helpful on the phone! Prior to making my appointment, he made sure that the tires that I would need would be in the shop. Once he confirmed it, he helped set me up an account and scheduled my appointment. I got my new tires on today and shortly after I left, the pressure light came on. I called the shop and Roger told me to come back. The technician came outside, made sure everything was good and was able to get the light turned off. I had an excellent experience with Roger and the staff. Highly recommend!”
