“Employee was so sweet. I was with a tiny friend on the way to the park. We stopped for a treat. I managed to get the stroller stuck in the door. The guy working there gave me the extra set of hands to free the wheel. Thank you very much.”
“This place has decent prices on Exxon gasoline. The printer works at the pump, which is nice. There is a large convenience store here with lots of snack options. It is conveniently located, which comes in handy quite often. The people here seem nice. The place seems clean and in a good state of repair.”

“I love coming here but some of the employees out on the floor need to work on their customer service skills. I had to come in with my four kids. 2 of them unable to walk. Making sure your kids stay with you and make it into the store is a lot and I just wanted to get in and out. I didn't realize my oldest only had socks on. I appreciate having it mentioned that my child forgot her shoes but I don't appreciate being talked down to and get a whole condescending lecture being embarrassed because he was so loud and there were people everywhere. I clearly said I'm sorry I didn't realize until now. It could have been handled a lot better and The gentleman at the register was great and kindly reminded me, I told him why and he understood and I really appreciate it.”

“Even thought we live across the bridge and near other Walgreens, we always go to this one as it seems more stocked than our local one. Also have been getting our vaccines here for the last few years, staff are very friendly and answer all our questions on the vaccines.”

“I'll have to tell Barbie about this station, I'm sure shell be happy to hear about it. This is a pretty cheap gas station compared to the others in the area. There is some serious and heinous price gouging going on around these parts, but this one not so much. It helps a lot to have it here because I was forced to drive a dying car from the car rental agency at the airport to go and get gas, ugh, so I didn't get massively overcharged when other local stations would have done exactly that. This was the only gas station within 5 miles that had decent prices. For these reasons I'm very grateful that it exists, though it is nowhere near the cheapest in the state of Connecticut - not even close.”

“I've been to this store a few times and each time the attendant is excellent. Lauren always greets everyone as they come in and carries a friendly attitude throughout. She also let's me know when something is on sale. Today I bought sunglasses and she even cleaned them for me. 5 stars for customer service!”
“Always very helpful and understanding. Pharmacies deal with so much and more. They deal with different personalities, different doctors, and have to deal with a new virus, Covid. People need to have patience. Some of these complaints on here don’t deserve just 1 star.”

I have also seen the employees of the store do their best to make this store feel like a community. Since getting to know them the people there have heroic stories and I hope they begin to share them more in the community. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the atm is broken ??”

“I've been coming to this store for years. And in the past 6 months or so the atmosphere is better. The over night clerk Shawn is great he's been there since I found out this location os 24/7, he's very knowledgeable about prices also i hit the curb with my car and he reattached my front bumper.he refused to take payment. Also a young man Ken works a few night shifts a week. He is so polite nice and always has a smile on his face its like a fresh brwath of air. A complete turn around from the employees a year ago.”
