“Tj max is like a Marshall's. Sometimes you find something you really want, and sometimes you don't. We were shopping for a dress and not as many options, but we ended up not finding anything we liked. I like that they have a dressing room to make sure it fits before leaving. More than just clothing, shoes, households, purses, jewelry.”

“The exchange has been completely redone, the package store is now located in the back right hand corner of the exchange. The bottle exchange is now over by the gas station and they have a much larger selection of merchandise and they used to have years ago.now that I don't work on the base I find myself having to really make it a point to go to the store for tax-free items. It is still less expensive than other places in town for alcohol and some electronics.Customer service has been average.”

“Always a positive experience shopping at Kohl's stores. I especially like the Groton store for their housewares department. Good sales and promotions and always have what I am looking for.”

“I love coming here but some of the employees out on the floor need to work on their customer service skills. I had to come in with my four kids. 2 of them unable to walk. Making sure your kids stay with you and make it into the store is a lot and I just wanted to get in and out. I didn't realize my oldest only had socks on. I appreciate having it mentioned that my child forgot her shoes but I don't appreciate being talked down to and get a whole condescending lecture being embarrassed because he was so loud and there were people everywhere. I clearly said I'm sorry I didn't realize until now. It could have been handled a lot better and The gentleman at the register was great and kindly reminded me, I told him why and he understood and I really appreciate it.”

“The lady at the service was very nice and helpful. It’s a Sunday. The RV camping sites we tried to book all full. We couldn’t drive our big RV from Maine to home in New York City. This Walmart doesn’t allow RVs overnight parking. The lady helped me to talk with their manager. The manager was so nice too and accepted us to stay. We deeply appreciate.I started shopping. This Walmart doesn’t have produce, but stop and shop is next to it. Five guys restaurant is nearby. It’s great location.Their parking lot is newly paved.”
