Transitioned to atlantic broadband. Customer service was friendly, but on the transition, autopayment fell off which resulted in suspension of service

Switching from Comcast. Just got off the phone with Patrene. TVC has a definite asset with her as a customer service representative. She was helpful, pleasant, made me laugh during these troubling times and went beyond the call of duty. She did not try to talk me into something I didn't want. She's a KEEPER!!
