“I had a fantastic experience at Water Street Jewelers in Guilford. Daniella helped me with my David Yurman chain bracelet after one of the chains separated and fell off. She repaired it beautifully, polished it up, and wouldn’t even charge me for the repair.
Beyond the quality of the work, Daniella was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find that level of customer service and genuine care these days. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful she was, and I’ll absolutely be returning for any future jewelry needs.
