“Joyce was amazing, she made me believe in old fashioned baking again. Normally I do my banking online but I had a complicated question with my online banking which she was able to answer. I had never seen her working at this location before but boy was I delighted when I found her. Joyce was able to help assist me with an issue I had on the banking app and i will definitely be switching my savings account from Wells Fargo to Webster strictly because of her great customer service.”

I was a loyal customer of People’s bank & rode the storm through the transition to M&T Bank. The main reason I stayed is because of Ms. Miriam and the staff she bought over from People’s. I hadn't been physically to the branch for several years and was very pleasantly surprised when I visited recently, because I required some information in person. All staff was super-courteous and friendly and the space itself was immaculate. Joshua personally helped me, taking the time to set up the KeyBank app (which I highly recommend, it's very easy to use). Kudos to all from a very satisfied customer!”

“If you just want to make a withdrawal or deposit and you have the proper form already filled out (as you should: and remember, you will need to know your bank account number for this), it is no trouble at all. Just remember to ask for a printout of your balance if you want one, because they do not print your balance by default.
I have also gotten cashier's checks without trouble.
Sandra (Sandy) is my favorite teller.”

“I've only used the atm, so I can't comment on the customer service. Atm is well lit and need card to get in lobby door after hours. Plenty of parking as it's a full shopping center with lots of other stores. Easy in and out dixwell ave, conveniently located to parkway exit 60. This bank also has a drive tbru.”
