“Deep stock. Good tools. Extreme patience. Franky devoted nearly two hours to successfully fit skates on my niece, whose two feet differed by one whole size. He experimented with different brands, widths, insert types, socks – getting closer and closer – then baked the pair that did the trick. She is delighted and prepped to skate with her toddler son, who does not yet know he's NHL bound. Can't say enough good things about Franky, a veteran, horseman, sports encyclopedia and all around big spirit.”

One helped advise me on how to look up gear on the website to confirm it was available for resupply in the store before coming in, and another took the time to check some shoes I was picking up to make sure they were the right size in the box. “My experience was great and over the phone. I had researched treadmills and dealers. I emailed a few times and John replied almost immediately each time. I.knew what I wanted and he assured me it was a good choice. John called Saturday and I upgraded slightly and ordered over the phone. Contract emailed and returned Sunday. Monday morning I received a call telling me delivery 1:00/1:30. WOW! They arrived promptly at 1:00 and 45 minutes later were gone after assembling , testing, adjusting and instruction. Great service, great product. First use in a few minutes. Not usually a phone order person for something like this but, reviews were spot on concerning John and crew. Look forward to visiting to say thank you in person.”

Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. “My son has been swinging Beaver Bat since he was 8 years old. Now 13 and would not swing anything else. We got a custom blue and red with engraving, the quality very good, and the price is awesome for a wood bat. All the bad reviews are people that know nothing about baseball and how wood bats work. THEY ARE WOOD they will break eventually. However with good care they will last for years. On top of that there customer service is good not sure what people want, use there # and email on the website and they will answer. Until you swing one you will never know what your missing.”
“Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir. My daughter had a million watt smile on the 45 minute ride back to Massachusetts. I will gladly drive 45 to see you again.”
