“Best prices around, and everyone knows it, so I would expect lines of varying length depending on the day of the week and time of day. Busy days it will take around 10-15 minutes tops to be in and out. They recently added a sign that tells you if certain pumps are open which was a much needed addition. Pumps are quick, and if you went to BJ's before Costco opened, you know that these are MUCH faster than those ones. Attendants are also very helpful if you require their assistance.”

Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“I want to give a big shout out to a few employees. Billy the cart guy is very friendly, talkative and has great customer service skills. Amy, Beverly, Lea and Kiki are all very friendly on the front end. Louis at the front door has told me a few times he would let Tiffany know about the pepsi machine being out of soda. The last time I was there it was still sold out and now it appears to be unplugged. I don't why an employee would tell a customer it would be fixed and still not fixed very poor customer service on his part. Also he has told me before I couldn't go outside with the motorized cart before but I have never seen him saybit to anyone else but me. I think upper management should recognize the following team members Billy, Amy, Beverly, Lea, Kiki, Angie, Zak, Maria and Oshi they are all really helpful and friendly team members. Also you know you will have clean bathrooms when Maria is working. She is also very friendly and talkative to the customers.”

“Great Facility. They took me 1 day early for my appointment. Was able to get unloaded within an hour and go. Had to pay my lumper fee. It took forever for the payment to go through but I’m not complaining one bit. The staff was very professional and courteous.”
