“Best prices around, and everyone knows it, so I would expect lines of varying length depending on the day of the week and time of day. Busy days it will take around 10-15 minutes tops to be in and out. They recently added a sign that tells you if certain pumps are open which was a much needed addition. Pumps are quick, and if you went to BJ's before Costco opened, you know that these are MUCH faster than those ones. Attendants are also very helpful if you require their assistance.”
“Great prices...good gas. For those who say the wait is too long, did you know you don't have to wait for the pump on your gas cap side. The hoses reach both sides!”

“Great experience at Sam’s Club. The staff were respectful, helpful, and the whole process was smooth and professional.
What I really appreciate is their flexibility—you can shop with a family member’s card (parents, siblings, etc.), which makes things much easier for families.
Unfortunately, this is very different from Costco, where they don’t allow you to shop even with your own father’s or spouse’s card. As the head of the family, that should be understandable, but they still refuse, which makes the experience frustrating.
Overall, I highly recommend Sam’s Club for their respectful service and customer-friendly approach.”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

I bought the tires first online before reading reviews which I never do but I didn’t realize there was a separate tire center page for Costco. Anyways after reading reviews I was terrified..
So I called and spoke on the phone to a very kind and compassionate woman named Dani. She was so reassuring of my fear due to reviews. I felt much better after she took the time to talk to me on the phone. Very thankful for Dani!!
I then called a second time to ask where to park upon arrival, any additional fees, etc. I spoke to a very kind man who was patient and understanding. He was able to reschedule my appointment to a sooner date over the phone. Very much appreciated!! I didn’t get his name..
The tire appointment itself went very smoothly I arrived at 10:30a for a 10:45a appointment waited in line for a few minutes, checked in, then walked around Costco, ate a hotdog, and went to customer service desk for unrelated questions. Around 12:15p my car was finished and I received a text. Realistic time frame for such a busy place if you don’t mind waiting a little over an hour. There is so much in walking distance and Costco is huge so go get some steps in and before you know it your car will be done.
Everyone was kind, seamless tire installation service. I would highly recommend going and if you have any questions or hesitations, to call. Thank you all at South Windsor Costco Tire Service for a phenomenal experience!! :)))”

“I like the prices, one of the very few stores I can afford to shop at- fresh deli is a plus with also great prices. However my deli experience is a gamble... There are some very grumpy and snappy deli clerks there- instead of focusing on the negative I'd like to express my positive experiences with Jenna in the deli, she never makes me feel bad for getting my meats sliced thin and never shows shes having a bad day. Because of previous bad experiences, if she isn't working I'll skip the deli until I see her in. She is worth the wait! Thank you for your superior customer service Jenna! I also enjoy our conversations ?”
