“Conveniently located, Costco is frequently our go to shopping location. Costco gas is almost always less than surrounding locations, so combined with great value items in the store, the trip pays off if we need to fill up. People ask us why we belong to Costco, since there's just the two of us: how much TP can you guys use, they ask. Honestly, we don't buy a lot of bulk items, but we've booked a cruise, vacations, and have bought three cars through Costco, so we value our membership more than you might think. The New Britain store is clean, with a pleasant, informed staff.”

“I shop regularly at Costcos and continue to find great buys on everything I purchase. I recently decided to try the Tempura Shrimp after trying a sample in the store. It was absolutely delicious, crunchy, lightly battered and the size of the shrimp with no shrinking was phenomenal. I purchased a frozen box containing 30 count that comes with packets of sauce. The shrimp are large so I baked about 4 in the oven. They were filling and as delicious as they were in the store. I shared some with my friends at work and they too were equally impressed and wanted to buy them at Costcos.”

“Gas prices are comparatively lower than the other places. If you have a BJs credit card, then you will get additional 10 cents off. Gave 4 stars because of the extremely slow gas pumps... One thing I like here is that single lane pumps (you can easily go out after you fill your tank)Given that this is a very busy gas station, they should invest some money to install proper pupms. No one wants to spend 15 to 20 mins to pump 18 gallons of gas.”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“Just bought some new all season tires, and I was impressed with the experience. I was helped by Hunter, Alex and Ryan; what an efficient team! Ryan walked me through the whole process and the team got new tires on my car with surprising speed. I did happen into the tire center with no other customers. “I want to give a big shout out to a few employees. Billy the cart guy is very friendly, talkative and has great customer service skills. Amy, Beverly, Lea and Kiki are all very friendly on the front end. Louis at the front door has told me a few times he would let Tiffany know about the pepsi machine being out of soda. The last time I was there it was still sold out and now it appears to be unplugged. I don't why an employee would tell a customer it would be fixed and still not fixed very poor customer service on his part. Also he has told me before I couldn't go outside with the motorized cart before but I have never seen him saybit to anyone else but me. I think upper management should recognize the following team members Billy, Amy, Beverly, Lea, Kiki, Angie, Zak, Maria and Oshi they are all really helpful and friendly team members. Also you know you will have clean bathrooms when Maria is working. She is also very friendly and talkative to the customers.”
