“Great experience at Sam’s Club. The staff were respectful, helpful, and the whole process was smooth and professional. What I really appreciate is their flexibility—you can shop with a family member’s card (parents, siblings, etc.), which makes things much easier for families. Unfortunately, this is very different from Costco, where they don’t allow you to shop even with your own father’s or spouse’s card. As the head of the family, that should be understandable, but they still refuse, which makes the experience frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend Sam’s Club for their respectful service and customer-friendly approach.”

“Great prices...good gas. For those who say the wait is too long, did you know you don't have to wait for the pump on your gas cap side. The hoses reach both sides!”

“I am not a member, but this is the favorite place to shop for a good friend of mine. I am amazed at the quality, variety and price of everything from groceries, TV's, clothing, etc. The hearing aid services offered are top notch.”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“This location has more than some others I have been. And it's in a convenient location for me. I don't have to interact with the staff often but when I do, they have been helpful.”

Read the postWhen it comes to buying appliances, people who prioritize price over other factors end up less satisfied in the long run. That's what the J.D.
