“I ordered a pair of sneakers that were not in the store. Almost a week later they say that the shipping label has been created, but not picked up by UPS. It seems like they are selling goods that they don't have in stock. I can't cancel since they created a label. Yet no answer in why the shoes have not been picked up. They were purchased under the assumption that I would have them by the weekend. The sneakers arrived late, but Kohl's reached out promptly and I was pleased by their response. As a result I am changing my review from a 1 to 4”
“People are very willing to help. I'm running to Walmart when I need something that I think they carry. Prices are usually good although these days everything is so freaking expensive”
“Such a great experience from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted with a friendly smile, I believe her name was Cole. She's a kind young lady, she called another gentleman who helped me load 1400 lbs of stone on to my trailer. His name is Brandon, he offered to help me without hesitation, he even smiled while helping me load up.
Who's ever doing the hiring at the Putnam CT location, knocked it out of the park with these two individuals. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!”
“Saw the most beautiful thing...there was this elder lady that couldnt pay for her stuff and cancelled the order and the cashier paid for it ran outside and gave the stuff to her...that is the best act of kindness. God bless her”
“I like the store and we found some decent things but they are constantly lacking on their clothes and what not they do not keep up with their stock for any age group and for men's shoes they've had three different things that you could wear from boots to sneakers you're a three options. And then you have two pairs of shiny cheap-looking dress shoes (black or grey) and then the other three isles both sides are for girls. Also they are way more limited on most of their men's items but the females items seem like they had a decent amount but there was a lot of empty spots on shelves and we've been there in the morning afternoon and right before they close and it's always the same. So they do not keep up on their stocking.”
“Half the stuff they used to carry in store they don't. It's not a better place to shop some of their prices are over the top. Poor quality on meats and produce
