“Johnnie is my guy!!!! Been coming to him for years and no matter what the situation is, he always figures out how to take care of me. I broke my phone this time and he managed to get me a new phone without killing my bill. I bust his balls all the time because Verizon is expensive but I know when I go to him I'm getting someone who knows their stuff and who isn't gonna try to screw me over as soon as I walk in the door. The service is pretty good where I need but he's a big reason why I haven't switched after all these years.”

“This is best service ever ok.They will make you run around in circles to different stores wasting gas. Never help get upgrade for a new phone. They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please”

“I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. “People like to hang out here! Depending on the time that's the kinda crowd you will find! No seats & tables but they will stand at the register talking & talking! Sometimes just buying ticket after ticket ! Scratching in search of those millions! You can always come in and grab hot food and coffee or on a hot day some chips and a slurpee !! They now have an iPad "BELLY" at the counter for you to check-in and accumulate points towards free coffee food snacks, and slurpee for a year ! I something like that you need 5,000 points! At 5 points a visit it doesn't seem that hard. All it takes is your email address and a belly card! Easy enough!! They also have gift cards and charcoal for that BBQ on the whim !!”

Still dislike the Parking lot it's clean but, not enough lighting. It's fine during the day but, night it's tooo much for me. Need more night staffwith all the Uber eats etc.”

“I go there probably 3 to 4 times a week. Everyone at the register is so friendly always says good morning or hello they definitely greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The store is always clean and organized and well-maintained. Everyone just has a positive attitude that works there and it makes it so inviting to return over and over again that’s why I consistently return to only this gas station and convenience store there are ones closer to my home. However, I will go out of my way to go to 7-Eleven because they are Consistent, show kindness, The workers are so friendly, The store and property are so clean and well-maintained and has a chill environment … ❤️this place. I wish I knew the names of the awesome people/ works but they are so Respectful and just cool people”

Be grateful that y’all receiving furniture I bet you if y’all when else where you wouldn’t be receiving furniture and that your bank accounts would be getting low. If you give respect then you will receive respect. If you customers be disrespectful you will get disrespected back. Simple. Reading these comments yall people especially the ones who has mommy and daddy to save yall is real disgustingly disrespectful watch your tone with people especially with certain ones bc your tone can get ripped tf out of your throat.
Now to the managers and to the people who work at this store thank you for putting up with all these rude people very day and not allowing them to walk all over you.
