Spent 3 hours on the phone resending the same confirmation info 4 separate times, and the person working with me was there the whol time until the store closed. I had to come back the next day and do the same thing again, 9am sharp jose went to bat for me with verisons fraud prevention, got the order to go through, helped me with my phone # transfer issue from my old servce and got me all set up and on the road.
