My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Verizon store located at 2450 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. We arrived around 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, needing to upgrade our phones. Despite the late hour, Luis and Karl provided the best customer service we have ever received at a Verizon store, truly tag-teaming to ensure all our needs were met.
They efficiently worked on transferring our lines, all while engaging us in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by. What truly set them apart was their dedication to ensuring our account was perfectly set up. They took the time to review everything thoroughly and even advocated on our behalf, resulting in a decrease in our monthly payment!
We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely be making this our go-to Verizon location from now on. Thank you again, Luis and Karl, for such a positive and seamless experience!”

“I originally came into the mall tonight to get quotes from other phone carriers to get a lower phone bill. I then decided to pop into T-mobile last minute to ask some questions regarding my account and to see what could be done. Will ended up being the one to help me and he was great from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him regarding my account. Will even stood a little after his closing time to make sure neither of us left until the issues on my account were resolved, which I appreciated immensely because he didn’t have to do that. He cared and took the time out to explain everything and we ended up getting everything resolved, along with also changing my plan and lowering my plan to. Will is a great & very professional employee and I am so happy he was the one that was able to help me!!!”
“I've been a T-Mobile costumer for 9 years. For the last few months it's been a nightmare to call costumer service until I went to this store. Matthew ( the representative) was awesome!!! He took the time to actually solve this issue that I've carried for 4 months unable to fix. He was knowledgeable, patient and great communicator. Great experience! John, the owner, and Ray have provided top-tier customer service from day one. They always call back when they say they will, work around my schedule, and are incredibly accommodating. Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”
“Spent 2 days getting my phone I paid for in full, went to the store to pick it up and verison had flagged it for fraud protection. Spent 3 hours on the phone resending the same confirmation info 4 separate times, and the person working with me was there the whol time until the store closed. I had to come back the next day and do the same thing again, 9am sharp jose went to bat for me with verisons fraud prevention, got the order to go through, helped me with my phone # transfer issue from my old servce and got me all set up and on the road. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES AND BONUSES, THEY'VE EARNED IT!”

Matt went above and beyond too, walking me through options and getting my membership sorted so I could actually get more value long-term instead of just making a sale. No pressure, no nonsense, just solid customer service.
