Staff is sometimes friendly sometimes not. Showed up once and there was a sign that said be back at 12:30. At 12:45 there was still noone there. Someone finally showed up at 1 and then they seemed upset we were there. Otherwise good selection of hats, they have t-shirts and jerseys and they're accessible.

I got this about a year ago and would like to put on my new hat. The guy working said to email it but there is no email contact. Also would like to use 33 and 24
