Had an issue where they wouldn't let me exchange a hat. However, through several emails, they let me go back to the store to exchange the hat.

Staff is sometimes friendly sometimes not. Showed up once and there was a sign that said be back at 12:30. At 12:45 there was still noone there. Someone finally showed up at 1 and then they seemed upset we were there. Otherwise good selection of hats, they have t-shirts and jerseys and they're accessible.
