The customer service is terrible. You don’t feel welcomed at all and to be honest I felt so disrespected. Never coming back and never recommending this place to anyone.

Tried calling 2x and they picked up and hung up without saying anything both times.

I was just in lids looking for a hat and the guy tall black man was so rude to everyone. He kept repeating we not making any sales even if some one asked how much was a hat. We just could not understand what he was saying. This guy had a bad demeanor and his whole attitude was as turn off. Bad for business LIDs
