We have been using Dr. Basak-Smith for 18 years and he has treated all of our animals - from cats and dogs and guinea pigs - with the same compassion and care he has for his own animals. My dog had extensive surgeries, including an ACL repair and a splenectomy. His approach is always honest and in the best interest of your fur baby. Our family cannot be more grateful and speak highly enough of the entire team.

He and his team go out of their way to offer help in difficult circumstances. They are compassionate and creative and help you to make reasonable decisions in emotional times. So caring and calm. I fear the day that he retires.

He was born deaf and they have been able to work with him through hand signals, and I’m simply amazed at how fast he has picked up training commands. This is the best place to go for training hands (paws) down!!!
