“Went in looking to switch cell service and get a new phone after my husband's phone broke. It was close to closing so we weren’t expecting to walk out with phones that night.
Jeffery was awesome. He walked us through every step of the process. Helped us find the right phone for our needs, pick a great plan, and get the accessories that we needed (which he installed for us). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our numbers transferred before we left and made sure we had the customer service number in case anything went wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier or more enjoyable time buying a new phone. I wasn't planning on upgrading my phone that day but I'm glad I did.
We are about an hour away from this store and I’d absolutely go there again for that level of service. 10/10”

Sure to find a seat for him and make sure he was comfortable first before he helped us. He went over every option we had, was extremely transparent, and went above and beyond with each question we had despite it being past 8pm, closing time. Never once did Jomar act like he was in a rush to leave or be rude or anything. He was absolutely the definition of professional and outstanding customer service. We are going to be returning Tuesday the 28th to get two new phones because of how great he was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless.
Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated
While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.”
