He was fast, efficient, and performed high-quality work promptly. He was very easy to work with and made the entire process much easier than I thought. Karen at the front desk was also amazing! She’s very friendly and completed all the necessary paperwork which put me at ease. Good old-fashioned service. I highly recommend Kulmann’s! “My son got into an accident on prospect/Naugatuck line. Local police called ace auto since they were next on tow rotation. 3 cars needed to be towed they showed up with 2 wreckers and a flat bed. Since my sons car is rear wheel drive with front end damage they put it on dollies. As a former wrecker operator myself I do understand police tows, state rates, and additional cost and was ready for a whopper of a bill for it to be towed from Naugatuck to Wolcott. Not only did they not try and take me for a ride, they were professional and polite. Will use again! Quality family owned and operated business...A big thank you to Eric for a job well done!”

“Hi All,
I have a story to tell you about how honest Williamson Auto Electric is. A few months ago I needed my fuel pump replaced on my rav4 so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson and they replaced it I don't remember exactly how much it costed. Recently, I got stuck on the side of the highway and had another problem with my car so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson again to have it further checked out. It turns out that the fuel pump that they had replaced a few months ago was faulty so they replaced it for free at no charge. That is how honest they are that they or my mechanic could have made something up and charged me 1000 dollars and said they fixed something and I don't know cars I would've just paid it but no they were so honest that they replaced it at no charge.
Not all mechanics are this honest. I highly recommend them.”

“I go there regularly, at least once a month and my truck is waiting for me, and it even has gas in the tank. I get a 20' truck and it does fine for short hauls. I might be a little nervous to take it cross country. The staff is friendly and things seem to go very smoothly, including at checkout. Years ago they struggled to get through the screens, do there must have been some significant upgrades. I prefer to deal in person because the online checkout seems really finicky.”

“Reading these reviews, I will admit, I was super nervous going to Kara’s. I was so happy with this visit, Cheryl was so helpful and understanding and made my time there smooth and easy. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that let me into the tow yard to retrieve my items from my car but he also was super nice and patient and helpful. I will say that not every experience is the same and maybe the negative reviewers should take a second to consider what they deal with on a daily basis and our problems aren’t theirs so we shouldn’t project our negative emotions on to them or their business because it’s not their fault nor problem. I, for one, had a great encounter with the staff. Thank you guys at Kara’s !”
“What’s not to love, old fashioned friendly service the way gas stations used to be. It’s also where I go to catch up on fishing talk and gossip. Try that at another gas station! I’ve been going to Armands since I was a kid going with my parents and I see no reason to change. When I’m in Seymour it’s the only gas station I will use.”

“The owner Michael was so nice. He was quick to respond and got my Buick that had overturned onto the rollback quickly. He helped calm me down as I was very distraught. I also had two dogs with me that were quick shaken; he helped gather them up and calm them down as well
Michael was quick to respond back to me the next day when I called to figure out the next step. He was very caring and made sure first to ask how me and my dogs were feeling. My car was totaled so he explained that I could sign the title over to them and retrieve my belongings.
For something so traumatic he made the whole process seamless. A very caring man and great run company

“this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”
