“Jesse from west Hartford branch of ‘Relax the back’ in CT, went above and beyond the call of duty for us. The owner of the Relax the Back which sold us our chair was being very rude and unhelpful and we were desperately in need of some guidance on how to solve our issue. Jesse had nothing to gain from talking to us, but he took a ton of time out of his busy weekend at the store to patiently talk us through our questions. We would have been sweating bullets if it weren't for his help. I wish he had been the person we bought the chair from initially. In the future, we will only buy from him when it comes time to upgrade - even though he's over an hour away from us. We highly recommend Jesse and his store, he seems like someone who will stand by his customers no matter what!”

“Jack helped arrange a short-notice wheelchair rental for my Dad following foot surgery. We wanted to take him to a family funeral out of state, and I was able to swing by and pickup a great chair the same afternoon I called. Rental rates were super reasonable, and Jack helped us pick from several models and sizes to get the right chair for us. Easy pickup and drop off. Would highly recommended, and our family will look to Jack and team in the future for home healthcare equipment. Great local business!”

“After being given the runaround by CVS one time too many, I found myself looking for a new pharmacy. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Hancock's: friendly, personal service, and a local pharmacy that’s open late and on the weekends! Everyone I dealt with could not have been more friendly and accommodating! I had only switched to CVS because there’s only one local pharmacy left in Southington, and their hours are not compatible with my schedule. Hancock's isn’t the closest, as I live on the Berlin side of Southington, and they are on the Middlefield side of Meriden. Definitely worth the drive, however! I only wish they had electronic notifications to notify me when scripts are ready, but making a phone call before I head out is no big deal when the phone is actually answered by a live (and knowledgeable) human, instead of wading through endless recorded menus and waiting on hold for an eternity.”
“This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Usually they answer the phone within 2 rings, I've never been put on hold before they answer like the bigger pharmacies do.
