“Although I had rented my unit online, I stopped by the office to drop something off without really thinking much of it. Bill took the time not only to welcome me, but also to ask if I was familiar with the type of locks they use. I told him I wasn’t, but that I could probably figure it out myself, instead, he took the time to walk me to my unit and show me exactly how it worked. A week later, he even followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well. His kindness, helpfulness, and eagerness to help really stood out to me. Thank you Bill, for going above and beyond! It’s that kind of customer service that really makes a difference.”

“I have been with this storage facility for four years. While I have had issues in the past, the new site managers have done a great job of taking care of the building. It is so much cleaner and well maintained.”

“I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy”
