“Ashley was an absolute Angel to work with. She not only answered all of my questions and concerns, but also anticipated a few that I forgot to mention. If all customer service was like that, there would be no unsatisfied customers. Bravo Ashley!!… -Ray DeCampos”

“I had such a great experience at Public Storage, and Tyisha was a huge reason why. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was very friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service was easily 5 star service.
Tyisha made the entire experience smooth and pleasant and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s always refreshing to come across someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel valued as a customer.
Public Storage is lucky to have her as a manager. Thank you Tyisha for the outstanding service and great experience! Highly recommend this location!”

“I’m moving out of this location, I no longer have need for storage. Ron and Sarah have been so kind and helpful, I hate to leave. You don’t come across such excellent customer service anymore. It’s very refreshing and deserves to be called out. Thank you both.”
“I went in with my sister and was very impressed by the customer service, the female who helped us was extremely nice and intuitive, her presentation and communication are appreciated.
We ended up purchasing a unit.”
“Excellent service, great spaces, reasonable pricing, great overall.
My agent, Ulpiano, at the Milldale, CT location was particularly outstanding - helpful and friendly. Thanks!”
“Best storage facility you will find in Farmington. Small business owner who doesn’t try and make you pay increased rates every two to four months like the other big chain storage facilities do. Clean units and they have lights if you want to work in the evenings which I find very helpful and lastly there is no gate so I don’t have to remember a pin.”
“I currently have a unit rented, but needed another one of a smaller size. I was told that there was none of that size. Manager Ashley showed me some other options. I ended up sizing up and my transition was a smooth one. Most of my family members have units at this location and Ashley is always professional, super helpful, and very attentive. The service at this location is exceptional.”
“Absolutely love them. They've always been my go to company for storage and this particular location has become my new favorite. The staff is just so friendly and amazing and I can't thank them enough for being so great ♡♡♡ I definitely recommend. Again especially this particular location, it's all nice climate controlled and even has where you can drive into the building to be able to load your vehicle which I just absolutely love. And who doesn't love being able to move in ac? Lol ♡♡♡”

“I was able to rent the place all online - once they opened I received my lock for the door. The place was not ready, spider webs & slight trash on the ground but the rep who was working in the office was able to use a blower to clear it out for me. He also let me know the price does change after 3 months which was very helpful. Besides that easy and quick process.”
