Nonetheless I had the experience of what comes when you raise your hand. And associate named Natalie graciously help me figure out how to achieve what I came for. Guess what, she never made me feel like...I need a refresher course. She offered somewhat of a tutorial. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Thank you Natalie.”

“I visit the Staples in Middletown, CT quite frequently, so much so that I have come to recognize many of the staff members. Overall, I am consistently greeted warmly, and the majority of the team provides excellent customer service.
Jamey in the print center is always exceptionally helpful and reliable. Jackie is also wonderful—she does everything she can to assist and is quick to seek out additional help when needed. The store manager, Mike, takes the time to help customers with even the smallest questions, which truly shows his commitment to customer care. Shawn in the tech department was especially helpful when assisting me with repairing my grandmother’s computer after it was infected with a virus.
The only negative experience I have had was with an employee named James, whom I do not see often. On that occasion, I asked for assistance and was told—quite abruptly—that he could not help me and was “TSA,” and I was told to go away.
Despite that isolated incident, I highly recommend this Staples location to friends, family, and business associates due to the consistently friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

The outstanding service started even before I arrived: when I called the store, Amanda proactively gave me her name, ensuring that I knew exactly who to ask for to receive personalized help. When I arrived, she followed through with incredible dedication.
I needed to ship a large, artificial Christmas tree from Connecticut all the way to Alabama for my son's former special needs class. This was a complex and potentially costly task, but Amanda treated the shipment with incredible care. She meticulously researched every option, ensuring we found the easiest and most cost-effective solution to get the tree to the students.
Her kindness, patience, and commitment to making this process seamless were truly remarkable. Amanda is not just doing her job; she is a genuinely nice and caring person who makes a positive difference. She deserves the highest praise. “Amani to the rescue! Staples was busy, so I decided to call the local FedEx which is only a couple of miles from my house. I thought they only did shipping, but gambled and called. I need two copies of my resume rather quickly for an interview. Amani told me to come on in and she would have the printer ready. She guided me through the process. She reviewed the print job before I did and wasn’t satisfied, so she reprinted and the quality was spectacular. Additionally, FedEx doesn’t charge the extra fees that Staples does when you go to the counter for a print. Staples is such a racket. Now knowing that I have FedEx close to home and have treasures like Amani working there, all of my printing will be done with FedEx!”

The gentlemen working recognized that we were not super familiar with postage and kindly taped our package (while noting that it did need to be taped), helped us figure out the zip code to an address we were given the incorrect zip code to, and gave us the address of the nearest UPS for a return we needed to make through them. “Just a quick shout out to these guys… I see a lot of negative complaints and some are from people who don’t understand the duties of a driver delivering items and some are with higher expectations…Honestly, I have no problems with Estes. They make sure they contact me for delivery date that is acceptable for everyone. I have an easy access warehouse dock. Accommodates large or small truck and that makes delivery easy as well. Friendly drivers, friendly sales and office staff, accurate delivery times. The driver even helped take off the load. Was not asked and was not expected but graciously volunteered to did that. Came with their pallet jack. Other companies don’t always have a pallet jack on the back of their truck.”
“Decent if you're using the self-service kiosk. There are times when it may be acting up, no physical receipt, trouble with the label scanner, but you can always have the digital copy sent to your email. Great for busy ebay and Amazon sellers.”
