“This place is top notch. I brought my Honda CRV in for a body repair from a pretty bad ding that had scratches and a good dent. Not only did they repair the dent and scratches, but you cannot find where the damage was, as if it never happened. On top of it, they vacuumed and washed the car like it was brought to a car wash. Last thing, the cost was the lowest we found in the area. I highly recommend this place. We traveled from Fairfield, because of the recommendations we got from friends.Service: Body & Trim”

“Dirk and his crew are great: very professional and competent, with excellent customer service, including post-install. They are clearly experienced as they work on all kinds of high-end cars. I had PPF and tinting done and they did an excellent job. They do a custom install and wrap the PPF around the edges of the panels, which for me was a crucial thing. There was a small issue on one of the mirrors, where the film had curled up a bit and Dirk took care of that right away, removing and reinstalling the whole film on the mirror. I had started with a full-front PPF install, but was so happy that I came back for them to do the rest of the car. If you are considering them, I suggest you schedule an appointment with Dirk and go check the place out: their shop is super clean and organized and Dirk is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“I've been using the Norwalk location infrequently for years. When doing so I just wanted a single, quick, no-frills wash. The cashier staff are obviously working with some kind of commission/bonus for selling the monthly passes, because they push it hard. You generally have to say 'no' to them 2-3 times before they relent and let you buy a one-off wash. It can get annoying.Then I purchased a white car. What was I thinking? In a month of ownership I've been there twice, so I figured I would try the base-level monthly and see how it goes - I'll update my results with this program here later. One benefit of it seems to be the automated entrance once you have their sticker on your windshield. This place is a madhouse on weekends, with backup traffic lines blocking Route 7 sometimes. Anything to 'cut' the manual line (where the cashiers are busy trying to sell subscriptions) seems like a bonus. I avoid the place like the plague on weekends in any event.Wash wise, it is what it is. A goofy little automated soap blast and rinse. It's not concierge service detailing, nobody hand-dries for you, you just pop into neutral and go. Want to wash mats and vacuum? That's all self-serve in the exit lot.I've never noticed scratches/damage to my car in the years I have been going there. And to all of you other reviewers complaining about the ethnicity of the staff? Screw off, you racists.”
“I went there for normal car wash and interior vacuuming. They were efficient and did a very good job. My car and the tires were literally shining after the wash. The staff there are very flexible with payment (I guess it's a family-owned business?). I paid via venmo. It's also easy to make an appointment.
