Feeling lost in an unfamiliar store, I was unsure where to start. Fortunately, Devin, who worked at the front end, sprang into action, offering to assist me as I was feeling overwhelmed. Devin exemplifies the type of leader that this store needs and sets a great example for our world today. With his guidance, I smoothly and efficiently navigated the process without any issues. “There was a mix up in the orders and the ham we had ordered for Xmas was not there when we went to pick it up. These things happen but that’s when real customer service oriented businesses like Milillo farms shine! The owner spent quick some time cutting up another piece in order to make sure we didn’t have to drive anywhere else and we had a delicious meal for Xmas eve. Moreover, we had a prime rib roast seasoned and ready to go in the oven and it was the best we have had! Pies were also so tasty!”

“Palmer's Market is a charming supermarket that is a cross between Balducci's and DeCicco & Sons supermarkets. It's also always fun browsing Palmer's aisles and finding obscure but delightful new food products! Palmer's Michelin-quality bakery is far better than Balducci's and DeCicco, which are your standard grocery store bakery with lower quality and extra cheap, sugar-laden baked goods. Palmer's Very Vanilla Buttercream Yellow Cake is so decadent, super moist, and has great aesthetics! Their beautifully golden Blueberry Muffins - Blueberry Explosion- also have double the amount of perfect tart blueberries than other Blueberry Muffins elsewhere. Insanely yum! When it comes to the Holidays, I also use Palmer's impeccable, highly responsive Catering Team, and my Thanksgiving 2023 Dinner was delicious and effortless. For Christmas 2023, their Santa cupcakes with the sugar topping were so indelibly good!”

“First time going in here randomly lost and I’m not familiar with the area so this is the first Trader Joe’s I see. Very neat, well stocked and organized. It’s a weekend so there’s plenty of shoppers. The associates are helpful, polite and friendly too. “Last night I placed an order online for pickup. That’s how I shop these days. Still pandemic programmed. ? so, something happened with the portal. My items remain in the cart, but I was sent a summary via email and text confirming the order. It was really weird.! I have 78 previous orders and this was different. So, I called ShopRite this morning, Spoke with Christine in the shop at home dept. She was very rude and dismissive. I called the store manager, he was very apologetic and put me in touch with the manager of the shop at home dept. Magali, she was Totally professional caring and concerned. She’s an example of what customer service should be. As for Christine, ShopRite you almost lost a customer. She should be retrained. Her behavior was totally unnecessary. Thanks you, Magali…?????”

“Some of the best Guatemalan food I've had outside of Guatemala. All take out and set in a mini mart that has a bunch of Central American groceries. We love getting tamales, garnachas, pupusas, Rellenitos, paches, etc. and it's always delicious. Absolutely the best place in Norwalk for Guatemalan food and always hits the spot. Sarah, the florist, made exquisite centerpieces for a dinner party we hosted. The flowers were gorgeous, included roses, protea & beautiful greenery, and they held up for over a week after the event.
